“Jay-Ti Newmark and his crew from JT Homes have been involved in two projects for us on Savary Island and one in Powell River. The first project was the Savary Island Resort built in 2009 opening in May of 2010, the second project was a large shop with loft apartment above in 2013 and the third an older home renovation in 2018. All projects included many custom wood features from post and beam construction to built-in custom shelving and finishing. Jay-Ti and his crew proved to be skilled and conscientious workers who were truly engaged in all three of our projects.
